Services and Consultations
Information submitted through our website is used to discuss your event and prepare service options. Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed booking.

Bookings and Payments
An event is considered booked only after SaiDah Events confirms availability and any required agreement and deposit have been completed. Prices shown on our website are starting prices and may change depending on the event size, location, design needs, rentals, and other requested services.

Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and payment terms will be provided in the client’s event agreement. Changes requested after booking may result in additional fees.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information and communicating important changes in a timely manner.

Website Content
Photos, designs, logos, wording, and other content on this website may not be copied or used without permission from SaiDah Events, unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability
SaiDah Events will make reasonable efforts to provide services as agreed. Specific responsibilities, limitations, and remedies for an event will be governed by the signed client agreement.
